All of products sold on the 29mart.com are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice, subject to the following conditions.
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same title only. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. Defective items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Except as expressly stated herein, 29mart.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the 29mart.com web site. Except as expressly stated herein, 29mart.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. If you do not receive a response within five business days, please send a second email and phone us at 916-402-0536. Please allow us fourteen business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Any and all bank fees resulting from contested/disputed credit card charges will be charged back to the customer if the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed.
JURISDICTION & VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against 29mart.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on The 29mart.com website shall be an appropriate Federal or State court located in California.........
